It's hard to remember how it started, but some time ago we began cooking lunch in a crock pot in our office on Wednesdays. And now, it has become a weekly event.
Our "Wednesday Lunch Bunch" group brings items for that week's recipe and we let it simmer in the crockpot all morning long. We attract quite a few visitors as the aroma drifts down the hall. And lately we have been getting quite a few requests for our recipes! And so the purpose for this blog! We hope you enjoy!
